What are Cookies?

Thus, on a further visit, it is automatically identified that you have already been with us and which loadings and settings you prefer. These temporary or even permanent cookies (lifetime from 1 month and up to 1 year) are stored on your hard drive and deleted by themselves after the set time. These cookies are used to make our offer more user-friendly, efficient, and secure. Advertisement cookies. These cookies are installed by our advertising partners through our website. These companies may use them to profile your interests and display relevant ads on other websites. If you do not allow these cookies, you will not see our advertisements specific to you on other websites because of these cookies.

What information is stored in cookies? 

Cookies used by TrippboPlus only pseudonymous information. When activating a cookie, this is assigned an identification number, and an assignment of your personal data to this identification number is not made. 

Your name, IP address or similar data, which could allow a direct adjustment of this cookie to you, will not be inserted into this cookie. Based on cookie technology, we only receive pseudonymized information, for example about which pages are visited in our shop, what products are seen, etc. 

Cookies from third-party cookies? 

TrippboPlus serves individual ad partners who help design the Internet offering and web pages to be more interesting to you. Therefore, when visiting the web pages, cookies from partner companies are also stored on your hard drive. 

These are temporary/permanent cookies that are automatically deleted from your hard drive after the end of their life (from 14 days up to 1 year). Cookies from our partner companies also contain only pseudonyms, and mostly even anonymous, data. 

This is, for example, data for which hotels you have looked at or purchased. And here, some of our ad partners also record information via the web pages about which pages you have visited before or which products you have, for example, been interested in, to show you the advertising that best corresponds to your interests. 

Retargeting 

Our web pages use so-called retargeting technologies to design the Internet offering so that it is more interesting to you. 

This technique makes it possible to approach users who have already taken an interest in our hotels and destinations with advertising on our partners' websites. The display of these advertising funds on our partners' pages takes place based on a cookie technology and an analysis of the previous user behavior. This kind of advertising takes place in a completely pseudonymous form. 

When using our site, cookies are inserted, and thus information about you is collected, stored, and used. Furthermore, your information is stored in cookies after the end of your browsing session and can be retrieved again on your next visit to the web pages. 

To avoid or delete cookies 

In your browser, you can set cookies to be accepted only if you consent to them, thus preventing further insertion of cookies in the future. If you only want to accept cookies from TrippboPlus, but not cookies from our service providers and partners, you can select the "Block cookies from third-party providers" option in your browser. As a rule, in the menu bar of your web browser, you can see through the helper how to reject new cookies and disconnect cookies that have already been received.

The generated information is usually transferred to a server at Google in the UNITED States and stored there. Due to the activation of the IP anonymization on this website, the IP address is shortened before transmission from the EU/EEA. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a server at Google in the United States and shortened there. The anonymized IP address sent from your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be aggregated with other data at Google.
