The property is located within the Hongik University area, a beautiful neighbourhood with fantastic restaurants, cafés and clubs. Guests can also enjoy numerous musical performances with many young local Koreans at the playground park free market located just minutes away. There is also a tourist Information centre nearby. Incheon International Airport is approximately 40 km away.

The city hotel features 3 different kinds of accommodation with a total of 17 rooms. The premises are air-conditioned and guests are welcomed with a 24-hour reception service. The hotel has a communal living room with a computer and ambient lounge music that offers a comfortable place for getting to know other guests. Guests can take limousine number 6002 from Incheon Airport, getting off at Sinchon Station (this will take 55 minutes). Cross the street towards Daiso Store and go straight for about 50 m until reaching the guesthouse. They can also take the subway line 2 to Sinchon Station (green line), getting off there and exiting via exit 8. Then they should go straight for about 150 m, going to the end of road where the Daiso Store can be seen. Then turn left and go straight for about for about 50 m until reaching the guesthouse.
