We stayed here in a family group. The rooms were good,two double beds in the room. Air conditioning which was needed when it was 43°outside! Plenty of pools including a water park. Evening entertainment was okay. Usual activities in the main pool, water Polo, foam party,loud music. The towel guy round the pool was excellent. We stayed all inclusive and the food was good. Plenty of choice. Drinks were okay. We had a lovely trip on the boat, snorkeling and to see the fish was beautiful. We went to the White island etc. This was organised by the guy in the hotel. Staff in the hotel were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Visited this hotel in September and stayed there for 2 weeks. First impressions of the entrance, reception and security of the hotel were very good. It was fresh and clean. The staff at the reception were very welcoming and pleasant. The hotel rooms themselves were large and spacious. However, the bathrooms need a little deeper cleaning on the floor and shower. The sheets on the bed were a bit worn and you can see they are overused. When we pointed this out to the staff, they were very quick to replace them, which was very good and kind of them. Daily cleaning was good. He who cleaned our room was very good and every day we got funny towel figures on the bed and flowers in the room. Whatever we needed they helped us with it. The service at the hotel was really great. We had all inclusive. But it wasn't that good. The food was usually tasteless, but you could always find something to eat anyway. It would have been good if they could offer other snacks and food all the time instead of during limited hours. Would need more range of drinks at the pool bar and generally just more food and sweets to offer at the pool during all hours. There was always plenty of activity and fun to do during the days at the pool. The hotel had 2 private beaches that you could book and go to with bus. We only visited one of them and it was a good beach with clear and good water. Anyway apart from the small negative things everything else was good.
